HERE’S THE TEA… EVERYBODY IS DOING THE SAME THING IN BUSINESS

When everybody is doing the same thing, people start judging your business on two superficial things – the price of what you offer, and whoever looks better.

Yes… definitely an Oh No.

If you look like Leonardo D’Caprio or Megan Fox, then maybe you wouldn’t have problems in that situation (or maybe you’d still have).

Nonetheless, I know we could both agree here that buyers nowadays are smart. And when I say smart, they’re very smaaaaaart – people been reading reviews of the products before they buy, they compare whichever is better or worth their money of, they jump into multiple sites to see if it’s a fraud or not, and so many other things to verify what’s the best decision.

“So how do I stand out among the marketplace?”

Think of the industry as a big stage. And think of the show The Voice.

You’re the contestant and your target market are the judges sitting on the chairs.

Now, the difference between The Voice and the rest of the talent shows is that there is no obligation for the judges to turn their chairs in the show. They can’t make split judgments based on how you look or flex on entering the stage.

Rather, it’s about how you’d connect to the audience.

Sure, everybody can sing well but how well are they connecting to make them turn their chairs?

People only absorb our persuasion when they feel connected.

So ask yourself –  iI you were the contestant, how are you going to connect to make the judges’ chairs turn? (Clue: it’s your unique voice)
