“Everything I’ve learned is applicable to my real estate business. Wish I could have learnt this earlier!”
My biggest challenge would be lead generation – generating leads for my business. I hope to find a way to put myself out there so more clients will be able to find me.
What I have been doing now is door-knocking, farming flyers, and I’ve also tried Roadshow which did not work for me.
My biggest takeaway would be to come up with my own story, to angle myself in a way that will appeal to the people who I want to attract into my business.
I like how he [Mel] is very energetic and how intense he is because whatever he says really packs a punch and drives the point home. It really pushes us. And for Jo, I like how calm he is. The way he explains things is very clear and very easy to understand.
I was worried that I won’t be able to apply what I’ve learned into the real estate context. Because typically, when we go to seminars and courses, if it’s not geared towards real estate, it’s generally hard to apply. But for this course, I don’t think that that would be the case because it would be quite easy to apply.
I really think what we’ve learned these three days is gonna be very helpful in terms of application to what’s our business – be it to lead generation, be it in the process: from the first point of contact with a client all the way to the end. It’s all applicable through the whole process.
Don’t hesitate. Just go for it (the class), and you won’t regret it.
