“I uncovered my blindspots and finally found my voice, identity and niche!”
I think my biggest takeaway is that before any marketing, it actually has to start with who am I first and my values, my liking, my personality, everything has to come in first.
And realizing that just surrounding me, there’s probably at least like a six-figure opportunity. I could maybe make more than $100,000 just with the people that are already surrounding me, already loving me and the people who I actually love helping. And I totally miss this. I didn’t even see this. I just thought I had to focus on business owners and be very targeted. And yeah, it’s just a totally blind spot.
They are very down-to-earth. The whole class is conducted in a t-shirt and shorts and pants. Very casual: [they’re] just like our friends who sincerely know us and want to help us. They are very attentive to everything that we share about ourselves.
I know that Melvin and Jo have helped a lot of people to be very successful and in fact, I just kept asking them, “Can we sit for meet up coffee first? Can you tell us?” And they just kept saying, “Just come to our 3 day course, come to our 3 day course.”
No matter how highly skilled or talented or experienced we are, we all have our blind spots and Melvin and Jo, they just seem to have this laser eye that they can see and identify what are the things, the areas that we are holding ourselves back, and also see where are our strengths that they can really help us to prepare to become the star that we are.
